The RJE Laminator is a heavy duty, welded steel construction, sheet-to-sheet laminator for gluing corrugated (and other semi-rigid and rigid materials) together.  The machine features heavy duty steel side frames, welded steel construction, and heavy duty sealed bearings for long life.  The standard laminator can accept any material up to 1" thick, and option thickness can be accommodated up to 5" thick.

    Our laminator features a gear belt drive for quiet, maintenance-free operation.  The auto-tensioning device maintains proper tension throughout the complete range of thickness adjustment.  The oversized 8" diameter glue roller and hold down roller ensure easy feeding of even the thickest products.

    The extra-large 36" feed table allows ample room for feeding and the infeed guard is electrically interlocked for safety.  The glue pan is oversized for maximum glue capacity and it features a large drain that sits over an area tall enough for a five gallon bucket to fit under the pan for easy clean up.  Our jack system make pan removal and installation a breeze by lowering the pan via a single hand wheel.
